Installation, Repair, and Maintenance
We install, repair, and maintain ductless heat pumps, gas and electric furnaces, air conditioners, gas and electric split heat pumps, boilers, and hydronic snow-melt floor heating systems for homes and businesses across southeast Idaho and western Wyoming. Our technicians are trained by manufacturer representatives and insured. Our work is guaranteed for a year, and we help homeowners register their equipment to get the best out of that warranty. Annual maintenance is recommended to keep systems running efficiently.
Ductless Heat Pumps
Ductless heat pumps are our specialty. Installations typically take one day for a standard system; larger multi-zone installs can take up to three days. New ductless systems heat effectively even when outdoor temperatures reach -22 degrees, and cool efficiently for hot summers. Ductless installations may qualify for utility rebates through Idaho Falls Power, Idaho Power, or Rocky Mountain Power. Reasons to call for repair include loud sounds from the system, unfamiliar odors that may signal an electrical problem, moisture indicating a leak or clog, and reduced heating or cooling performance.
Furnaces
Reasons for furnace repair include faulty ignition and malfunctioning pilot lights. There may also be a problem with the blower motor or electrical issues. Also, a gas furnace may not work properly due to a valve problem.
Air Conditioner
Leaks may lead to insufficient refrigerant, and evaporator coils can freeze. Capacitors that help with compressor or fan motor operation may malfunction. An air conditioner may also stop working because of compressor issues or electrical problems
Gas and electric
split heat pumps
Gas split heat pumps may leak refrigerant, experience valve switch failure, or other problems. Reasons for electric split heat pump repair include a refrigerant leak, frozen coil, malfunctioning capacitor, and more.
Boilers
A boiler may leak, have ignition problems, or experience circulator pump issues. Other problems may also lead to boiler repair.
Hydronic snow-melt

A hot water heating system may develop leaky pipes or valves. Other potential problems include expansion tank issues, a faulty thermostat, a circulator pump malfunction, or more.
